Our policies are carefully formulated to serve you efficiently and  confidentially, so please take notice of the following policy statement:

• As a courtesy to the next person, clients are urged to arrive on time for their appointment.

• We encourage you to register online prior to your visit by clicking here.  You may also schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment online.

• We do not participate with any Health Insurance Carrier. WHY?

• Payment is appreciated at time of service.

• Payment can be made by cash, check or credit card.  We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

• Please help us better serve you by canceling appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
